Innovation Hubitat is a coworking and events venue at the Pyramid of Tirana, in central Tirana, Albania. Its stated focus is to provide flexible workspace and support innovation, digital capacity-building and entrepreneurial development. 19
The hub offers coworking desks for freelancers and remote workers, private offices for startups and teams, and event facilities. Its main conference room can accommodate up to 260 people and can be configured for workshops, team events and smaller gatherings. 1 The venue is on the Pyramid’s lower level at Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit 5. 9
Innovation Hubitat is part of a wider effort to develop the Pyramid as a centre for technology and innovation. The Albanian-American Development Foundation launched the Innovation Hub initiative to support Albania’s private sector, particularly in technology and innovation, and strengthen the country’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. 11 A 2025 account described the coworking space as covering more than 1,000 square metres, with 87 workstations, 17 private offices and a conference and workshop hall. 11
The hub also serves as a venue for community and professional events. For example, TiranaJS has held JavaScript meetups there, including sessions on web development and software tools. 48 Its day-to-day operations are coordinated by Resilda Muça, according to the organisation’s team page. 9 The available sources do not establish a founding year or identify a formal registered headquarters distinct from the Tirana venue.
