UT IC-SIGHT 2026 is a two-day international scientific conference organised by the University of Tirana, scheduled for 17–18 December 2026 in Tirana, Albania. The conference’s stated theme is “Rethinking Education, Science and Society for Tomorrow.”1 The University of Tirana describes its purpose as bringing together academics, professors and researchers from Albania and abroad to present recent findings, discuss contemporary challenges and develop opportunities for inter-university collaboration.2
The call is aimed at researchers, academic staff and doctoral students, who are invited to submit papers or abstracts.2 Its scope spans science, innovation, governance, humanities and technology, as reflected in the conference title.12 The event is advertised as hybrid, with free registration; the available page information does not specify a venue address or identify individual speakers.1
The conference follows a submission and preparation schedule listed on its website, with dates running from July 2026 through January 2027, alongside a submission form and conference contact email.1 The available sources do not establish when the conference was founded or provide evidence of prior editions, so its history and wider programme cannot be confirmed here.
